Linode’s Professional Services team provides efficient and practical system administration for both initial deployment of your apps as well as your system’s ongoing operational demands. Whatever one-off project needs attention, Professional Services can perform it for you.
How much does Professional Services cost and how is billing handled?
Every implementation is unique. That’s why we work with you to define the requirements and scope of the task before creating a proposal. Payment terms are 50 percent up front and 50 percent upon completion, net 15 days. If you are a Linode Managed Service customer, you qualify for a 20% discount.
What system administration tasks does Professional Services perform?
The three most frequent Professional Services demands are for site migrations, entire Linode deployments, and control panel installs. Our team of experts is beyond proficient in just about all one-off sysadmin tasks (e.g., deploying/installing web and application servers, content management systems, mail servers, database servers, application frameworks, and high availability).
